Brandon Crisp

Brandon Crisp has represented clients in a wide range of disputes, including multidistrict litigation, jury trials, and arbitrations. Brandon has significant trial experience, including three successful jury verdicts in 2019 and 2021 where he served as first and second chair. Brandon also has extensive experience managing mass-tort dockets in multidistrict litigation. He has served on several national-coordinating-counsel teams on behalf of global pharmaceutical companies. Through this representation, Brandon has gained substantial experience managing all aspects of mass-tort dockets, from complex e-discovery to the negotiation and administration of mass-tort settlement programs.

Before joining Terrazas PLLC, he practiced with Norton Rose Fulbright in Austin.

Successfully tried quantum meruit case to jury verdict involving distribution companies in Bexar County District Court.
Secured three Rule 91a dismissals of oil and gas company in royalty-deed dispute, including an award of attorneys’ fees.
Successfully obtained favorable arbitration award after four-day arbitration involving breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty.
Represented real-estate investment company in declaratory judgment action against international real estate developer that resulted in favorable settlement.
Successfully obtained summary judgment for a multinational energy manufacturing and logistics company in a product-liability suit involving a pipeline explosion.
Successfully represented individuals in a fraud dispute against a property seller that resulted in favorable settlement and full restitution of client's down payment.
Successfully obtained jury verdict (including punitive damages and attorneys fees) in breach of contract and fraud action involving a group of property owners.
Successfully represented food-equipment manufacturer against an injured worker in a product-liability suit that resulted in a favorable settlement.
Successfully represented a multinational hospital system in arbitration against a major health insurance company regarding payment of proper reimbursement rates that resulted in a favorable settlement.
Represented a semiconductor company in numerous toxic-tort suits against former employees.
Represented multinational pharmaceutical company in multidistrict litigation involving hundreds of product-liability suits against consumers.
Successfully authored a motion for sanctions for spoliation against the competitor of a multinational semiconductor company that led to a favorable settlement.
Successfully tried to the bench a breach of contract and fraud dispute concerning a commercial automotive lease, obtaining approximately $300,000 judgment, including punitive damages.
Successfully obtained death-penalty sanctions in partnership dispute that resulted in favorable settlement for client.
