Brandon Crisp
Brandon Crisp has represented clients in a wide range of disputes, including multidistrict litigation, jury trials, and arbitrations. Brandon has significant trial experience, including three successful jury verdicts in 2019 and 2021 where he served as first and second chair. Brandon also has extensive experience managing mass-tort dockets in multidistrict litigation. He has served on several national-coordinating-counsel teams on behalf of global pharmaceutical companies. Through this representation, Brandon has gained substantial experience managing all aspects of mass-tort dockets, from complex e-discovery to the negotiation and administration of mass-tort settlement programs.
Before joining Terrazas PLLC, he practiced with Norton Rose Fulbright in Austin.

Represented multinational pharmaceutical company in multidistrict litigation involving hundreds of product-liability suits against consumers.

Successfully authored a motion for sanctions for spoliation against the competitor of a multinational semiconductor company that led to a favorable settlement.

Successfully tried to the bench a breach of contract and fraud dispute concerning a commercial automotive lease, obtaining approximately $300,000 judgment, including punitive damages.
