Michael Blue represents clients in a wide range of transactional matters, with an emphasis on real estate transactions and corporate securities. Michael has extensive experience in real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and entitlements and has served as general corporate counsel for companies in all stages of existence. With his unique blend of real estate and securities experience, Michael has helped numerous clients raise money in private placements for real estate development deals. He combines the practical with the legal know-how to help your company move forward with confidence.
Michael graduated as the highest ranking graduate in his class at Baylor Law School, where he served as the Managing Executive Editor of the Baylor Law Review. Before joining Terrazas PLLC, Michael worked as the President and General Counsel for the Ron Blue Institute. Prior to that, he was the managing member of Blue Rhodes PLLC in Austin, TX, a senior associate at Winstead PC in Austin, TX, and an associate at Haynes and Boone, LLP in Dallas, TX.
